Exams Results Day Information
We are excited to see the students collecting their results this summer and want to ensure a smooth and supportive process. Please be aware that there are works taking place to improve site security and the Sutton avenue entrance will not be available over the summer. Please use the Goals entrance, parking is available if required.
Students have allocated time slots to ensure that they can receive the appropriate support and guidance on their next steps. Please ensure they arrive at the correct time to avoid long wait times. The Academy will be open for students to collect their examination results at the following times:
A Level and Level 3 Results
Year 13 Thursday 17th August 2023
- All students can obtain grades from 8am until 1pm using the community entrance to the sixth form area.
Students collecting GCE results will be directed to the Sixth Form or Careers Team before leaving site.
Year 12/13 resit (where applicable) Thursday 24th August 2023
- Surname A-Z between 12.30-1.30pm
GCSE Results
Year 11 Thursday 24th August 2023
- Surname A-C 8.30-9.15am
- Surname D-I 9.15-10.00am
- Surname J-M 10.00-10.45am
- Surname N-S 10.45-11.15am
- Surname T-Z 11.15-12.00pm
Students collecting GCSE results will be directed to the Sixth Form or Careers Team before leaving site.
If you cannot collect your results in person, you can nominate someone to collect them on your behalf. You must provide the name of the nominated person/s either in writing or by email to Mrs Jennifer Conroy conroyJ@hanson.org.uk The email must be sent from the student’s personal email not a parent or friend’s email. The representative will need to provide I.D. Alternatively you can provide a stamped self-addressed envelope and results will be sent in the post. Results will not be released to anyone other than the student without prior written permission from the student.
