Adam Swaine

Adam started Hanson in 2017 as a Careers Co-ordinator, which involved supporting the careers programme in place for students across school. After completing the PG Certificate in Career Leadership in 2019, Adam became the schools’ Careers Lead, sharing the responsibility of managing careers along with the Director of Transition. In 2022, Adam became a fully qualified level 6 Careers Adviser, which enables him to offer professional 1 to 1 guidance to all students.

 

Adam’s passion is raising the aspirations of our students by providing opportunities for students to be connected with the world of work. Adam’s objective is that all Hanson students are prepared for their next steps after leaving school, whether that be further/higher education, an apprenticeship or employment.
