Charlotte Gumbley

Charlotte’s career in schools started in 2018 where she began her journey in a Primary School as a Special Educational Need Support Assistant, before moving to Hanson as an LSA.

After a year supporting in the SEN department, Charlotte progressed to Lead Learning Support with responsibilities for academic interventions.

In October 2023 Charlotte became the Bridge Manager where she is responsible for supporting our student’s wellbeing, self-esteem, and anger management.

She has completed many training courses including understanding ADHD and ASD, Psychology and Mental Health, Social and Emotional Development and most recently completed her Level 2 in Counselling.

Charlotte’s passion is supporting our student’s wellbeing so they can be the best they can at school and beyond.
