Michelle Thwaites

Michelle works with children to support them with some of the most challenging behaviours.  She has a passion for helping and supporting people to be the very best version of themselves.

Michelle is the Manager of Reflections and Detentions.  She is responsible for ensuring all of our students follow the correct conduct system whilst in school. We have a fantastic reflections room that is equipped with all relevant learning materials for all ages of students. We make sure lesson time is not lost for children who spend time reflecting in our Reflections Room and ensure that they have structured lesson plans every day.
