Nicola Keeton

Nicola graduated the University of Huddersfield with BA Honours Degree in Drama & Theatre Studies where she then trained to be a Performing Arts teacher at Liverpool Hope University. Both her placement schools were in Warrington where she taught all years from 7-13. Her passion has always been to use drama and theatre as a platform to engage and inspire all. After graduating in 2008, Nicola’s career started at Dixons Allerton Academy in Bradford where she led on Key Stage 3 & 4 Drama. After two years of teaching, she moved to Hanson Academy where she has furthered her leadership and lead teams outside of her specialism.

As an Associate Assistant Principal, Nicola looks forward to developing her expertise by working collaboratively to enhance the experiences of our young people and, ultimately, showing our relentless determination to provide our young people with the highest possible standards so that they are fully able to engage with adult life.
